- No Japanese language exams & No skill exams required for eligible candidates. සුදුසුකම් ලත් අපේක්ෂකයින් සඳහා ජපන් භාෂා විභාග හෝ විශේෂ නිපුණතා විභාග අවශ්ය නොවේ. (Skilled / technical intern trainee completed candidates may be exempt).

(SSW) වැඩසටහන යනු කුමක්ද?
The Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Program is a Japanese residency and work visa system created to provide qualifying foreign nationals with greater opportunities to work in Japan across high-demand industrial sectors. නිශ්චිත නිපුනතා සේවක (SSW) වැඩසටහන යනු සැලකිය යුතු කාර්මික කුසලතා රැගත් විදේශීය ශ්රමිකයන් සඳහා ජපානයේ විවිධ ක්ෂේත්රයන්හි සේවය කිරීමට වැඩි අවස්ථාවන් සලසා දීම අරමුණු කරගෙන ජපන් රජය විසින් ස්ථාපිත කරන ලද පදිංචිය සහ රැකියා වීසා ක්රමයකි.
There are two levels of Japanese Specified Skilled Worker residence status. Depending on core technical evaluation and experience levels, applicants enter via either: මෙහි පදිංචි වීසා සහ ශ්රම වර්ගීකරණයට අදාළව ප්රධාන වීසා තත්ත්ව වර්ග දෙකක් (Status of Residence) පවතී:
- Type 1 Specified Skilled Worker (i): නිශ්චිත නිපුනතා සේවක (i): Targeted status covering foundational operational capabilities inside factories. Up to 5 years duration. මූලික තාක්ෂණික කුසලතා මත ලබාදෙන පදිංචි වීසා තත්ත්වයයි. උපරිම වසර 5ක් දක්වා ජපානයේ සේවය කළ හැක.
- Type 2 Specified Skilled Worker (ii): නිශ්චිත නිපුනතා සේවක (ii): The SSW (ii) category requires higher-level specialized skills than SSW (i), with long-term extensions. ඉතා ඉහළ මට්ටමේ විශේෂඥ තාක්ෂණික කුසලතා හා පළපුරුද්දක් අවශ්ය වන අතර පවුලේ සාමාජිකයන් කැඳවීමටද අවසර ලැබේ.

Formal Employment Contract නිල රැකියා ගිවිසුමකට එළැඹීම
Execute the formal employment agreement inside complying templates. Receive safety check regulations, standard advance guidance, and medical evaluations. ජපාන ශ්රමික නීතිවලට අනුකූල නිල ගිවිසුම අත්සන් කිරීම, සෞඛ්ය පරීක්ෂණ නිම කිරීම සහ පූර්ව ආයතනික උපදෙස් ලබාගැනීම.
COE Verification Filing පදිංචි සහතිකය (COE) අයදුම් කිරීම
Applying for your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) at the Japanese Regional Immigration Services Bureau – fully handled by the accepting company as proxy. ජපාන ආගමන විගමන කාර්යාලයෙන් ඔබගේ COE (Certificate of Eligibility) බලපත්රය අයදුම් කිරීම. මෙය ආයතනය විසින් සිදුකරනු ලැබේ.

Local Recruitment Alignment දේශීයව සේවා නියුක්ත අනුගතවීම

Filing for Change of Residence Status directly at Regional Immigration Services (usually by the individual or supported by agency proxy). ජපන් රජයේ ප්රාදේශීය ආගමන විගමන අංශය වෙත ගොස් ඔබගේ දේශීය වීසා තත්ත්වය "නිශ්චිත නිපුනතා සේවක (i)" දක්වා වෙනස් කිරීමට අයදුම් කිරීම.

Receive authorization approval and collect the newly issued Residence Card (Zairyu Card) detailing your SSW Category work permissions. අයදුම්පත අනුමත වී නව පදිංචි බලපත්රය (Zairyu Card) ලබාගැනීම. මෙහිදී නව සේවා කාණ්ඩයට අදාළ නීතිමය අවසරයන් සටහන් වේ.

Successful candidates sign formal, law-compliant employment agreements directly with the Japanese manufacturing company. සුදුසුකම් සපුරාලීමෙන් අනතුරුව, ජපන් නීතියට අනුකූල රැකියා ගිවිසුමකට ආයතනය සමඟ අත්සන් තැබීම සිදුකරනු ලබයි.
Immigration COE filing වීසා අයදුම්පත යොමු කිරීම
We submit your Residence Status (Certificate of Eligibility - COE) application directly to Japanese Immigration Services. විජපන් ආගමන විගමන අංශය වෙත ඔබගේ පදිංචි වීසා සහතික (Certificate of Eligibility) අයදුම්පත සාර්ථකව ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම.

Ensure passport activation, prepare visa stamp clearance files, complete departure forms, and coordinate travel details for departure. වලංගු ගුවන් ගමන් බලපත්රය සූදානම් කර, වීසා ලියකියවිලි සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව ජපානය බලා පිටත්වීමට සූදානම් වීම.

Educational Certificates අධ්යාපන සහතික
O/L or A/L and other training proofs, translated and certified properly. අපොස සාමාන්ය පෙළ, උසස් පෙළ සහ අනෙකුත් සහතික පත් (ඉංග්රීසි භාෂාවට පරිවර්තනය කරන ලද).
